How does one go about creating an independant country?

I am guessing there is no syntax or system of creating your own country... so does anyone have any ideas or insight on this topic? How does one go about creating an independant country?
You can look at the history of Sealand: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sealand

The main issue is international recognition, and since the 1970s that's been hard to get except where both the seceding territory and its former ruling government agree: Ethiopia %26amp; Eritrea (of course they went to war against each other afterwards).

Other countries that are not recognized for most purposes: Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Taiwan (both thriving democracies); Somaliland, Abkhazia, Ossetia, Republika Srpska (recognized for some purposes as a quasi-sovereign part of Bosnia); Transdniestria. And so on.

Remember: Biafra %26amp; Katanga. How does one go about creating an independant country?
The first problem is if you are in the United States (which im prosuming) you don't actually own the land you are on right now. The founding fathers setup that you have to have an allodial title. There are two ways to get an allodial titles, the first is you owned your land prior to the constitution. The second is you live in Texas and have gone through the proper paper work. I would suppose after getting an allodial title then you could surly make your own country although im not certain.
By claiming land from another country and having bigger guns.
Sir, your question reveals so much lack of understanding that I can't even deal with it in a humorous way let alone serious.
